The survey plan is registered, giving every plot a traceable, government-recognised reference.
Step 4Allocation
Plots are formally allocated and numbered before any buyer is shown the estate.
Step 5Documentation handover
Receipt, allocation letter, registered survey, and Deed of Assignment are issued as you pay.
