Registered Documentation
This is the process behind every plot we sell, and the same process you can check for yourself before or after you pay. Nothing here happens after the fact: each stage is completed before a plot is ever shown to a buyer.
Land sourcing
We work only with sellers who can produce a clean root of title.
Title search
A formal title search is conducted at the Delta State Ministry of Lands before we commit.
Survey registration
The survey plan is registered, giving every plot a traceable, government-recognised reference.
Allocation
Plots are formally allocated and numbered before any buyer is shown the estate.
Documentation handover
Receipt, allocation letter, registered survey, and Deed of Assignment are issued as you pay.
