Verified Land Sales
Land fraud in Nigeria almost always comes from one thing: a plot sold before its paperwork was ever settled. We work the opposite way round. Every estate we list has already been through title search, survey registration, and allocation before a single plot goes up for sale, so what you are browsing is already cleared, not "in progress."
Clean root of title
We only work with sellers who can produce a clean root of title before land is brought into any estate.
Registered survey
Every plot carries a survey plan registered with the Delta State Ministry of Lands, giving it a traceable, government-recognised reference.
Numbered allocation
Plots are formally allocated and numbered before any buyer is shown the estate, so there is never a dispute over which plot is yours.
Real estates, not brochures
