2. Sign your agreement
Our team reaches out to confirm terms and get your signature on file.
3. Save monthly
Pay your chosen amount every month. Payments are tracked and confirmed by staff.
4. Receive your documents
Receipt, allocation letter, and registered survey are issued as you complete payment stages.
5. Take possession
Once fully paid, your Deed of Assignment is issued and the plot is yours.
